Halton Young People Self Harm Project

This Report is an Evaluation of a Developemnt Project working with young people who self harm. 

Learner Voices: Barriers to Learning

This Report was commisssioned by VOLA (Voluntary Organisations Learning Association) Merseyside. It investigated barriers to learning experienced by disadvantaged groups.  

This Research Project was undertaken by HITS in 2008-09 and was commissioned by the Children's Workforce Development Council (CWDC) through the Practioner-Led Research Programme in 2008-09. It explores staff and young people perceptions of Integrated Children's Services. The Research report is published here with the agreement of CWDC.

Review of Chapelfield Community Group

The purpose of this piece of research was to see if attending the Chapelfield Community Group has any effect on the lives of the older people that attend the monthly group meetings. 

Halton Lodge Community Participation Group - Group Evaluation

The purpose of this piece of research was to see if attending the Halton Lodge Participation group has any effect (either positive or negative) on the lives of the older people that attend the monthly group meetings which involve various activities, arts and craft projects and speakers from either the voluntary or statutory sector.

The Year 7 Project was delivered by HITS (supported by Connexions and Young Addaction) in 8 Halton High Schools during 2006 and 2007. This Evaluation Report was completed in October 2007 and is based on data from the the 6 schools which had completed the project by the end of July 2007. 

Emotional Intelligence training evaluation
